Refund policy

3D Files:

Once you receive the email, we will be notified that you have opened it and downloaded the files via the provided link. You will not be able to request a refund for the 3D files.

For clarity and transparency, please note that once you open the email and download the 3D files using the provided link, our system will record this action. As a result, refunds for the 3D files will no longer be possible. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Aluminum molds:

You may return defective or non-functional molds only if the defect was due to our error. Personal reasons cannot be accepted for returns as these are custom orders. Damaged or defective items can be returned within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also cover the cost of return shipping if the return is due to our error (you received the wrong or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
